Blueberry Moscow Mule Cocktail Recipe

Blueberry Moscow Mule Cocktail Recipe

As we’re all thinking about the weekend, cocktails, fireworks – – and plain ‘ol fun,  I thought it’d be a good time to share a yummy cocktail that features the season’s freshest fruit. We’ve made a few cocktails with ginger beer ( and they’ve been such a hit ), so we thought this would be a great time to break out the spicy mixer again.  For this cocktail you’ll need to make some blueberry syrup ahead of time, so this isn’t something you can just whip up on a whim. Don’t worry though, it’s still incredibly simple and something a newbie to mixology can tackle.

Once you make the blueberry syrup it’ll keep for a week or so in the fridge, so you can use it on other tasty things like pancakes, sorbet and more cocktails ( I kid! ).
