Everyone thinks their guacamole recipe is the absolute best – and who am I to argue? I think my homemade guacamole is the absolute best, as well! And though we all may have our own personal touches (a little more of this, a little less of that), the ingredients are mostly the same.

Loaded full of Greek-inspired ingredients; goat cheese crumbles, kalamata olives, and sun dried tomatoes. Have you ever had a guac like this?!
3 Avocados, mashed
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup red onion, minced
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/4 cup crumbled goat or feta cheese
6 Kalamata Olives, chopped fine
1-2 tsp red pepper flakes
Juice of one lemon, optional
Combine all of the ingredients and let flavors chill together for 30-60 minutes before serving.
Garnish dip with additional cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and kalamata olives for presentation, if desired.
