Today’s easy cocktail recipe is so simple, and more of a tip than a recipe. Coming up with a fun and color coordinated signature cocktail can be very time consuming. Sometimes the ideal colors don’t yield the ideal flavor or are too difficult to make. So, my tip for a simple cocktail is: keep specialty sodas and flavored vodkas on hand. You can find specialty flavored sodas at your local grocer or a boutique food store.
